Margaret Pittman Mooring
January 7, 1948 – February 20, 2012
Margaret Pittman Mooring, 64, of Blackcreek passed away on Monday. Memorial services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at Victory First Free Will Baptist Church, 5251 Wiggins Mill Road, Lucama. The family will have visitation at 1 p.m. prior to service. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the home of Todd and Denise Stinagle 7 – 9 p.m. Thursday at 5126 Nowell Road, Sims.
Mrs. Mooring is survived by her husband, Lee Mooring; sons, Todd Stinagle and wife, Denise of Sims and Randall Mooring of Wilson; daughter, Paula Mooring of Snow Hill; grandchildren Amoret, Payne and Nora Stinagle and Ryan Mooring and a niece Vickie Pittman.
Mrs. Mooring was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Franklin and Ruby Austin Pittman.
Flowers are welcome or memorial may be directed to the Rock Ridge Youth Athletic Association, PO Box 219, Sims, NC 27880.

I am so sorry to hear of Margaret's passing. She was such a wonderful lady and I enjoyed many a conversations about the love and committment to her family. My prayers are with you all!
I thought the world of Margaret. She was a great person who would give you the shirt off her back and gave me advice more than once while I lived beside her. She was also so funny. She loved you all so much and was so proud of you all. I will miss her so much. My prayer and thoughts are with as you grieve her loss. She will be so missed.
