Lester Ray Baker Jr.
July 28, 1958 – March 18, 2012

Lester Ray Baker, Jr., 53, of Wilson passed away Sunday.  Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park. The Rev. Gail Skinner will officiate.

The family will receive friends 7 – 9 Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson NC.

Lester was a loving husband, a wonderful father, a grateful Papa, and a dear friend to all.  He has gone home to be with the Lord that he served and loved with all his heart.  Though he will be missed, he left all his loved ones with wonderful memories.

Lester is survived by his wife, Frances Baker; daughter, Amy Wall Rucker and husband, Jonathan of Greenville; son, Bruce Lee Wall and wife, Rita of Wilson; granddaughters, Summer Rae Rucker of Greenville and Kaelyn Rae Wall of Wilson; grandsons, Holden Vance Rucker of Greenville, Bryson Lee Wall of Wilson and Addison Dean Wall of Wilson; brothers, Charles Baker and wife, Debra of Raleigh; Steven Baker and wife, Theresa of Wilson, Thomas Baker and wife, Renae of Wilson; grandmother, Thelma Garris of Wilson.

Mr. Baker, Jr. was preceded in death by his parents, Lester Ray and Lela Mae Baker.
