Alice Moline Owens Owens
May 6, 1931 – June 12, 2012

Alice Moline Owens Owens, 81, of Wilson passed away on Tuesday.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Edwin Owens Cemetery.  The Rev. Matt Horne will officiate.

The family will receive friends 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at 6450 Slab Town Road, Wilson, NC.

Moline was a loving mother, grandmother and friend that passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

Moline is survived by her daughter, Faye Webb and husband, James of Wilson; three granddaughters, Karen Webb and friend Tony of Wilson, April Banks and husband, Gary of Sharpsburg, Heather Thigpen of Wilson; one great-grandson, Jonathan Tyndall of Wilson; one great-granddaughter, Lizzy Banks of Sharpsburg; several nieces and nephews and her special pet, Missy Ann.

She was preceded death by her husband, Dewey Lee Owens; her daughter, Mary Ann Owens Thigpen; parents, Monroe Jackson Owens and Al Metta Owens; two sisters, Mary Ruth Hahn and Donald Grey Brown and one brother, Lyman Owens.
