Albert Chesley Hardison

Albert “A.C.” Chesley Hardison, 85, of Wilson passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson.

The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 11 – 11:45 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

A.C. is survived by his son Al Hardison and wife, Nancy; daughter, Jennifer Klingel and husband, Kevin; grandchildren, Connor Hardison-Horne and husband, Jay, Bailey Hardison and fiancé, Jason, Hunter Klingel, and Zachary Klingel; great grandchildren, Mason, Wrenley and Ella Jane, and his sister, Gray Little and husband, Curtis.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Portia Hardison; parents, Blanchard and Sallie Hardison, and three siblings.
