Allen Weaver Scurry

Allen Weaver Scurry, 71 of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, went to meet our Lord and Savior on September 20, 2022.  He was born on October 5,1950 to James H. and Geneva Scurry.  He retired from working years in construction.

He is survived by his brother Lewis Scurry, his daughters Gina Grosser and husband Allen, Lisa Lenamon and husband Shane, and his son Steven Scurry and wife Teresa.  His grandchildren are Ashlee Streett, Morgan and Jacob Grosser, John Lewis, Mary Lee and William Lane Scurry. He was loved by many friends and his large extended family.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on October 1, 2022 at Hancock Elmore Funeral Home, 200 W. Church Street, Bishopville, South Carolina, 29010.
