Bernard Thomas Eaton, MD, 62, of Bailey passed away Sunday.  A funeral service will be conducted 4 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.   The family will receive friends 3 – 3:45 p.m. Wednesday prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.   Bernard is survived by his wife, Beverly Brooks Eaton of the home; his two daughters and two sons; his two grandchildren; his father, Charles Eaton and wife, Romaine of Winston-Salem; his sisters, Dee Arrington-Cates and Avenida Glenn and his four brothers, Ricky Eaton, Thornton Eaton, Rody Eaton and Zeffrey Eaton.   He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorthea Hairston Eaton and his brother, Charles Eaton.   In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the United Way of Wilson County, PO Box 1147, Wilson, NC  27894.   Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
