Betty Doris Temple Glover May 22, 1946 – October 14, 2021 Betty Doris Temple Glover, 75 of Bailey passed away Friday surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Pastor Tyler Campbell will officiate. The family will receive friends and family Sunday afternoon from 3 – 3:45 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Betty is survived by her loving husband, Larry Glover; daughter, Karen Glover Lucas and husband, Hal; son, Chris Glover and wife, Stephanie; grandchildren, John Lucas and wife, Wendy, Allison Ethridge and husband, Blair, Tori Nalley and husband, Justin, Daniel Lucas, Laney Johnson and husband, Avery, and Jacob Glover and wife, Rebeca; great-grandchildren, Piper and Lance Nalley; her sister, Inez Temple, and several loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her birth parents, Josh and Lottie Winstead Temple; adopted parents, Ivey Daniel and Annie Lee Roberson Temple; sister, Shelby Jean Gates, and brother, J.D. Temple.
