Betty Owens Turner April 6, 1927 – May 15, 2020 Betty Owens Turner, 93 of Lucama passed away Friday. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Marsh Swamp FWB Church Cemetery, Rock Ridge. The Rev. Ray Wells will officiate. Betty is survived by her sisters, Dolly Eastwood of Wilson and Reba Whitley of Washington and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jonas Paul Turner; parents, Henry Malcolm and Minnie Etta Boykin Owens; sisters, Ruth Owens, Thelma Parker, Gertrude Wells, Polly Baker and Pearl Rehlman and her brothers, Thurman Owens, Earl Owens, H.M.
