Bobby Gray Bryant

Bobby Gray Bryant, age 77, of Wilson, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Steve Strickland will officiate.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, April 16, 2026, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Born on April 30, 1948, Bobby lived a life full of love, laughter, and dedication to his family and friends. On September 2, 1967, he married the love of his life, Wanda Bryant, and together they built a strong and lasting marriage that spanned nearly six decades.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Wanda Bryant; his loving son, Allan Scott Bryant and wife, Christy Bryant; and their children, Brantley and Virginia Bryant. He is also lovingly remembered by his granddaughter, Heather Harwood and her husband, Clifford Harwood, and his cherished great-grandchildren, Kaelee Watson, Skyla Watson, and Bailynn Harwood.

Bobby was preceded in death by his son, Stephen Greg Bryant.

He will be remembered by many friends with whom he shared countless enjoyable days on the golf course. Bobby had a warm spirit, a bright smile, and a laugh that could light up any room. His kindness and joyful nature left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Bobby’s legacy of love, laughter, and family will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
