Bruce Douglas Carlton

Bruce Douglas Carlton 76 of Wilson passed away on Tuesday January 20, 2026. A gathering of Family and Friends will be held at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC, on Friday, January 23, 2026, from 6:00-8:00pm.

Bruce was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Bruce retired from Cox media after many years of service.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife Sharon P. Carlton; his daughter Elizabeth Anne Carlton of Wilson; his granddaughter Lillian Grace Carlton of Wilson: and his brother Brian Carlton of Canada.
