Catherine Holland Murphy

Catherine Holland Murphy of Wilson passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. A special gathering of friends will be held Tuesday evening, September 2, 2025, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Catherine is survived by her sons, Blake Allen and wife, Amber of Wilson and Robert Franklin Allen Sr, and partner, Heather Lee of Hampstead; grandsons, Wyatt Lee Allen, William Jaxon Allen, Robert Franklin Allen II, and Landon Scott Allen; mother, Mary Wrenn Holland of Wilson; sister, Karen Davis of Moyock; and her lifetime companion, Jerry Lee Murphy of Wilson.
