Charles Luby Epps, 61, of Middlesex passed away Monday.  A memorial service will be conducted 7 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  The Rev. Robby Piper will officiate. The family will receive friends 5:30 – 6:45 Tuesday prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway. Charles is survived by his wife, Cathy F. Epps of the home; his son, Chad Epps and fiancée, Norma Daniels of Bailey; his step-children, Jennifer Tedder and husband, Chris of Spring Hope, Tonya Cawhern and husband, Jason of Middlesex and Tammy Narron and husband, Jason of Kenly; seven grandchildren; his sisters, Carol Ward and husband, Kyle of Cary and Susan Pridgen and husband, Michael of South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Epps; his mother, Cornelia Willis; his sister, Cathy Epps and his step-father, Francis Willis.
