Charlie Lee Skinner

Charlie Lee Skinner, 88, passed away on Tuesday, February 20.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24 at 11:30am at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.  

Family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00am until 11:15am at Joyner’s Funeral Home.

Charlie is survived by his sons, Keith Skinner of Elm City and Ray Skinner of Stantonsburg; daughters, Sandy Skinner and husband, Dan of Raleigh and Kellie Skinner of Bailey; grandchildren, Candice Martinez, Sarah Sauls, and Tommy Skinner; great-grandchildren, Kaelan Sauls, Maya Martinez, Zoey Martinez, Shawn-Thomas Skinner, and Seaony Sauls; and nephews, Greg Skinner and Rusty Flora.

Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Abram and Sallie Skinner; sisters, Mamie Winstead and Delphia Galloway; and brother, Jimmy Skinner.
