Dalton R. Rose August 29, 1935 – April 9, 2020 Dalton Ray Rose, 84 of Wilson passed away Thursday. A graveside service will be held at a later date with Masonic Rites. The family will hold a drive thru visitation for friends and family from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Dalton was retired from Sealtest with 30 years of service. He was a member of the Wilson Moose Lodge 989, Wilson Masonic Lodge 712 and Wilson Shrine Club. Dalton is survived by his loving wife, Sylvia Hurley Rose of the home; daughter, Dawn Rose Byers of Wilson; granddaughter, Chelsey Byers Edens (Noah); two great grandchildren, Nash and Bennett Grey Edens and several sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
