Danee' Pyles Lemmons

Danee’ Pyles Lemmons was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 9, 1967. She was called to her heavenly home on January 14, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Marsh Swamp OFWB Church, 6664 Rock Ridge School Road, Sims. A private committal will be held. Rev. Ray Wells will officiate. 

The family will receive friends Saturday evening, January 18, 2025, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

 Danee’ was the glue for all those that knew and loved her and she was a blessing to all those that she encountered. Her joys were her sons and granddaughters. Danee’ was a devoted member of Marsh Swamp Original Free Will Baptist Church. 

 Danee’ is survived by her loving husband of thirty-eight years, Lee Lemmons; sons, Travis Lemmons and wife, Melissa of Holly Springs and Matt Lemmons and wife, Mary of Kenly; four grandchildren, Addi, Kenzie, Katie, Avery Lemmons; father, David Pyles of Bailey; sister, Dee Pyles Robinson of Bailey; brother, Derrick Pyles and wife, Joanne of Bunn; mother-in-law, Jean Lemmons; brothers-in-law, Mike and wife, Jackie of Kernersville, Jeff and wife, Lynn of Raleigh; sister-in-law, Amy and husband, Michael of Kenly; and several nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Pollard Pyles and her father-in-law, Garland Lee Lemmons, Sr.
