Deborah Evans Denton

Deborah Evans Denton, 69, of Middlesex passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 22, 2026, in the Denton Family Cemetery, 4707 Denton Road, Middlesex. Rev. Gerald Parker will officiate.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, January 21, 2026, from 5 – 7 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Deborah was employed with the Wilson Times. She served her Lord faithfully at Middlesex Pentecostal Church as a member, the organist, a friend and considered them all as her family. Deborah was loved by all and will be dearly missed and thought of often with wonderful memories.

Deborah is survived by her husband, Gregory Denton and her daughter, Amber Holt of Charlotte.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Evelyn Evans.
