Dorothy Barnes Joyner

Dorothy Barnes Joyner, 86 of Wilson passed away Thursday.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson.  Pastor Jerry Nelson, Pastor Herman Lucas and Pastor Paul Evans will officiate.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Lotis W. Joyner; daughter, Elizabeth Joyner Wells and husband, Sammie of Leland; grandson, Joseph Hunter Wells of Leland; sisters, Mae Vick of Apex and Bonnie Kaye Stith and husband, J.B.  of Sims, and her sister-in-law, Rita Joyner.
