Dorothy Eloise Peeden Jackson, 77, of Wilson passed away Monday.-Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner-s Funeral Home.-Interment will follow in Black Creek Cemetery.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Joyner-s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday at 5325 Castlewood Drive, Wilson.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Terri Lynn Jackson Cooke of Stantonsburg; her sons, Kenny Jackson and Steven Todd Jackson both of Wilson; her grandchildren, Jason Cooke, Jamie Cooke Watson, Tyler Cooke, Justin Jackson and Jordan Jackson; her great-grandsons, Wyatt Watson and Joen Cooke; and her sister, Patti Peeden Bunn of Statesville, NC.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Jackson; her parents, William Hugh Peeden and Pearl Boswell Ferrell and her brothers, William -Bill- Peeden, Jr., Joseph -Monk- Peeden and Ray Peeden.
