Elbert Randolph Baines

Elbert Randolph Baines, 84, of Elm City, passed away Sunday. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Beard will officiate. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service on Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Elbert is survived by his son, Randy Keith Baines and wife, Tina of Faison; daughter, Pam Howell of Wilson; grandchildren, Logan Baines, Jasmine Baines and Spencer Howell; fiancée, Edna Bass of Clinton and niece, Rachel Baines of Rocky Mount.
