Frances Burnette May 11, 1937 – August 24, 2020 Frances Burnette 83 of Bailey passed away Monday. Graveside inurnment will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Frances is survived by her son, Ronnie Burnette of Bailey; two grandchildren and her sisters, Mary Ann Sherrod of Elm City and Phyllis Bradshaw of Fremont. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Burnette; daughter, Marilyn Joyner; son, Allen Lee Burnette and her parents, Roy and Ruby Jackson.
