Gerald Glenn Gardner November 2, 1933 – April 20, 2021 Gerald Glenn Gardner, 87 of Wilson passed away Tuesday. His funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Mark Woolard will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon prior to the service from 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Gerald is survived by his daughters, Vickie McArthur and husband, Doug, Joy Batchelor and husband, Roger, and Cindy Webb and husband, Tracy; granddaughter, Andrea Ritchie, Ashley Pinzel and husband, Shawn, Jennifer Moore and husband, Brad, and Leigh Ann Pollock and husband, Brian; grandsons, Joshua Denton and wife, Whittney, and Dale Batchelor and wife, Debra; thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Wall Gardner; parents, Charlie and Nona Stott Gardner; sisters, Helen G. Hubbard and Marjorie G.
