Glenwood "Shorty" Earl Worley

Glenwood Earl Worley August 8, 1948 – May 27, 2021 Glenwood “Shorty” Worley, 72 of Lucama passed away Thursday. His funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Internment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Allen Mills will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday morning from 10 – 10:45 p.m. prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Shorty is survived by his loving wife, Frances Marie Parrish Worley; son, David Worley; granddaughter, Emily Batts; grandson, Austin Worley and his son-in-law, David Batts.
