G.S. Bunn June 24, 1925 – December 18, 2020 G.S. Bunn, 95 of Wilson passed away Friday. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Darrel Bowles will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday afternoon from 12 – 1:30 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. G.S. is survived by his sons, Miles Bunn and wife, Inez, Charles Bunn and girlfriend, Wendy, and Jerry Frey and wife, Lessie; daughter, Phylliss Frey; step-children, Allen Riley and wife, Carolyn and Tonya Wheeler and husband, Anthony; grandchildren, Jamie Bunn, Matthew Bunn and wife, Christy, Jonathan Bunn and wife, Meredith, Tammy Brantley, Dana Barden Smiley and husband, Matthew; great-grandchildren, Eric, Parker, Hudson, Gracie and Elias; sisters, Patsy Perry and Betty Ruth Whitley, and sister-in-law, Terry Poythress and husband, Kenneth.
