Infant Jacob Patrick Rodriquez of Elm City passed away Wednesday. Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday in Macclesfield Town Cemetery. Rev. Johnny Hendricks will officiate. Jacob is survived by his parents, James Albert Rodriquez and Petra Piotrowicz-Walston; his brother, Charlie Walston of the home; his maternal grandfather, Peter Piotrowicz and wife, Connie of Germany; his paternal grandparents, Gray and Kathy Rodriquez of Elm City; his maternal great-grandmother, Charlotte Piotrowicz of Germany; his paternal great-grandmother, Minnie “Dinks” Moncrief of Elm City; his paternal great-grandparents, Edward and Linda Wooten of Wilson; one aunt, Anja Piotrowicz of Germany; one uncle, Steven Gray Rodriquez of Elm City; a great-aunt, Kaye Outlaw of Macclesfield; and a great-uncle and great-aunt, Matt and Pam Wooten of Elm City. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maria Piotrowicz, and his paternal great-grandfather, Lawrence Moncrief, Sr. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to Oak Grove Church, c/o Jennette Reason, 4005 Cherokee Rd., Wilson, NC 27893.
