James Franklin Anderson

James Franklin Anderson January 8, 1943 – August 12, 2020 James Franklin “Frank” Anderson, 77 of Wilson passed away Wednesday. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1 – 2:30 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Frank was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was the owner of Anderson Financial Group and the former manager of the Wilson County Farmer’s Home Administration. Frank served the US Army reserves with honor and pride for six years. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Frank is survived by his loving wife of thirty-seven years, Mary Luther Anderson; children, William Anderson and wife, Pegine, Robin Malpass and husband, Marshall, Jon Anderson and Carlton Anderson and wife, Lisa; his grandchildren, Ella Malpass and Rowan Anderson and his sister, Rose Goodyear. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Melba Thompson Anderson and his brother, Colonel Woodrow A. Anderson.
