James Henry Miller

James Henry Miller 83 of Wilson, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 27, 2026, Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 2:00pm, at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Rev. LaVon Phillips and Rev. Daylon Mooneyhan will be officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 12:30 until 1:45 pm.

James is survived by his wife of 55 and one half years, Mary Kipp Miller; daughters, Noelle Miller Hall and husband Bill, Michelle Miller Sappington and husband Paul; grandchildren, Danielle and Taryn Hall, Bryson, Austin, and Brianna Sappington; and Brothers, Dennis Miller and wife Barbara, and Andrew Miller and wife Lisa.

James was preceded in death by his daughter Naomi Ruth Miller; parents Mickey and Florence Miller; brothers Ronald Miller, Gordon Miller, and John “Jack” Miller; nieces Shannon Miller and Julie Merner; nephews Peter and Levi Miller.
