 Jimmy Andrew Winstead, 69, of Spring Hope passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Rev. Wayne Whitley will officiate. 

 The family will receive friends Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 12 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

 Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Winstead of the home; daughter, Ashley Rodriguez and husband, Phillip of Sims; granddaughter, Kaylin Penny of Sims; grandson, Cain Penny of Sims; sisters, Jo Land and husband, Billy of Spring Hope, Bernice Denton and husband, Julian of Nashville, and Elaine Hand and husband, Jamie of Nashville; brother-in-law, Doug Nichols and wife, Sharon of Sharpsburg; several nieces and nephews, and his beloved dogs, Maggie and Bella.

 He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Estelle Winstead; sister, Mae Godwin; brother, Bo Winstead and his beloved dog, Chip.
