Johnnie Sue King, 68, of Wilson passed away Friday, March 20, 2026. A special gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday evening, March 25, 2026, from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Johnnie was retired from Bridgestone after twenty-five years. She was a member of the Tuscarora and Ghost Riders Motorcycle Clubs and was in the CBA, Concerned Biker’s Association and Southern Sin MC.

Johnnie is survived by her husband, Duke Elliott; daughter, Crystal Lamm and husband, Thomas; sons, Joshua Lamm and wife, Lisa and Jacob Lamm and wife, Annie; adopted daughter, Heather Geisha; grandchildren, Amber Nash and husband, Monty, Damion Ellis and wife, Dara, Robert Ellis and wife, Jen, Caleb Lamm, Cassie Lamm, Kayla Lamm, Dylan Lamm and Kaylee Lamm; great-grandchildren, Ally Nash, Lilith Nash, Grayson Nash, Eli Ellis, Tate Ellis, Castiel Ellis and Xavier Ellis; brother, Richard King and wife, Amy, and her fur babies, Sky and Willow.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Miriam Van Sant; father, Arthur Henry King; brothers, Sandy King and Aaron King, and her best friends, Patricia “Mom Pat” Gregory and Erma Horne.
