Joseph "Joe" Ollen Noulles

Joe was an avid UNC Tarheels fan, a sharp dresser, and was always quick and witty with a good joke. He found great joy and peace being on the water. He especially loved his weekends at “Morehead City Beach” with family and friends.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of twenty-five years, Lindsey Noulles; daughter, Tiffany Noulles Vestal and husband, John and their children, Emory Vestal and Connor Vestal; step-daughter, Talbot Hoffman, and step-son, Hunter Hoffman and wife, Jennifer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Lucille Noulles, and brother, Tim Noulles.
