Joseph Earl Price

Joseph “Earl” Price, 90, of Wilson passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2025, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Mark Harrell will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Earl is survived by his loving wife of sixty-nine years, Atha Price; son, David Price and wife, Connie; grandson, Justin Price; granddaughter, Mary Catherine Price; brother, Dennis Price and wife, Lois; sister, Gayle Willoughby and his sisters-in-law, Rita Price and Paulette Pittman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Maybelle Price, and his brother, James Price.
