Julie Bissette Harrell

Julie Bissette Harrell, 62, of Bailey passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024. A special gathering of family and friends will be held to celebrate Julie’s life at a future date.

 Julie is survived by her daughter, April McKeel and husband, Jason; son, Kevin Harrell; grandchildren, Jason and Ellie Raye, and her brother, Julian Jeffrey Bissette.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Julian and Raye Bissette, and her special friend, Danny Davis.
