Kathleen Williams Denton, 74, of Dudley went home to meet her Lord on Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday in Bailey Town Cemetery. The Rev. Gary “Bobby” Murrell will officiate.   The family will receive friends immediately following the service or at other times at 7009 Driver Rd., Zebulon.   Kathleen is survived by two sons, Donald Denton and wife Pam of Middlesex and Chris Denton and wife Amy of Mt. Olive; six grandchildren, Madison and Raelynne Denton, Michelle Bran, Scotty and Johnny Richardson and Brittany Pierce; three great grandchildren, Brianna Pierce, Taylor and Austin Richardson; three sisters, Merita and husband Paul Willoughby Jr. of Kenly, Gail Denton of Rocky Mount, Angie Anderson and husband Charles of Dudley; one brother, Millard and wife Erma Williams of Richmond, VA; loving friend, Kaye Edwards; devoted Pastor Gary “Bobby” Murrell and caregivers, Catrina Williams and Tammy Pass.   She was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Denton; her parents, Vernon and Daisy Brantley Williams; one sister, Janice Boswell and one brother, Alonza Williams.   Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to Good News Missionary Baptist Church, 13212 NC Hwy. 98 West, Spring Hope, NC  27882.   Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
