Keith "Coosie" Perry

Keith “Coosie” Perry 68 of Sims, passed away on Sunday September 6, 2026, at home surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm on Friday September 11, 2026, at Joyner’s funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC. Interment will follow at the Bailey Cemetery, Bailey, NC. Walter Blackmon will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-2:45pm on Friday, September 11, 2026, at Joyner’s Funeral Home.

Keith was a working man. He was employed by the NCDOT as a truck driver, a meat inspector for the NC Department of Agriculture, and owner and operator of Watson’s Food Mart. He retired after many years to be able to take care of his family.

Keith was preceded by wife, Kathy Watson Perry; parents Joe and Sulla Mae Perry; brothers Raymond Earl Perry and Joseph Thomas Perry.

Keith is survived by to cherish his memory, his daughter Raegan; grandson Noah; aunt Mavis; and several nieces and nephews.
