Kenneth Wade Renfrow

June 17, 1936 – December 26, 2021

Kenneth Wade Renfrow, 85, of Wilson passed away Sunday. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Philp Thompson will officiate.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Kenneth was the founder of Kencraft Restorations, Inc. He ran the business with great pride for 64 years. Kenneth was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.

Kenneth is survived by wife, Claire Barbara Renfrow; daughter, Amy Renfrow Hartsfield and husband, Joseph of Wilson; sons, Kenon Dean Renfrow and wife, Beth of Greer, South Carolina, and Steven Wade Renfrow and wife, Lisa of Wilson; sister, Connie R Rosell and husband Mark of Wilson; brother, Jimmie Renfrow and wife Martha of Sims; grandsons, Preston D. Renfrow and wife Bekah, Alex Renfrow and Andrew Hartsfield; granddaughters, Laurel Renfrow Thompson and husband Philip, Hannah Renfrow Davis and husband Kyle, Rachel Renfrow, Lydia Renfrow Knapp and husband Hayden and Ashley Hartsfield; seven great grandchildren; stepson, Thomas Chiancone; stepdaughter, Claire Chiancone and stepgrandchildren, Kathleen Barlow, Allison Chiancone, Olivia Chiancone and Sophie Chiancone.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Brina Elizabeth Renfrow; deceased wife, Barbara Deans Renfrow; sister, Carolyn Edmundson and brother, Bobby Renfrow.

Flowers are welcome as well as donations made in Kenneth’s name to the American Cancer Society, 930-B Wellness Drive, Greenville North Carolina, 27834.
