Kermit Allen Whitley, 90, of Wilson passed away Thursday.-The family will receive friends Sunday, June 23, 2013 between 2 - 5 p.m. at 613 Fleming Street, Wilson, NC-27893.

Kermit was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all who knew him.-He will be missed and thought of often with warm memories.-He was the owner and operator of Whitley Supermarket of Sims.

Kermit is survived by his wife, Doris Ellis Whitley of Wilson; his son, Donald Allen Whitley; his daughter-in-law, Martha Whitley and his granddaughter, Elizabeth Allyn Whitley all of Cape Carteret.
