Baby Kylie Rayne Woodard passed away on Monday. A private service will be held for the family. Kylie is survived by her mother, Teran Skinner; father, Steven Chad Woodard; brother, Baylor Skinner; grandparents, Amy and Wayne Skinner of Sims, and Tracy and Steve Woodard of West Palm Beach, Florida; great-grandparents, Bobby and Faye Skinner of Wilson, and Glennis and Gene Harrison of Lakeland, Florida, and her uncles, Brad Skinner and wife, Atlanta of Wilson, Ryan Woodard of Fort Myers, Florida, and Adam Woodard and wife, Lauren of Beech Mountain.
