Lillie Collier Fredette

January 27, 1941 – January 24, 2022

Lillie Collier Fredette, 80, of Gibson, passed away Monday. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Wayne Whitley will officiate.

Family will receive friends on Saturday prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home from 12:30-1:45 p.m.

Lillie is survived by her daughters, Angela Joy Oakley and husband, Jimmy, Rolande Holland Pennington and husband, Tom, Lillie Marie McLaurin and husband, Jim; son, Albert Nelson Fredette and wife, Peggy; brother, Donald Ray Collier; twelve grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Albert Valmore Fredette; parents, Claudie and Lois Collier; sisters, Magelen “Maggie” Brown, Jean Carol Smith, Marie Collier Parrish; brothers, William Henry “Hennie” Collier, Thomas Lee Collier, Rexford Smith Collier and granddaughter, Donna Marie Sawyer.
