Linda Davis January 24, 1943 – October 20, 2021 Linda Davis, 78 of Lucama passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Her funeral will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Little Rock FWB Church, 6115 Little Rock Church Road, Lucama. Interment will follow in Upper Black Creek Church Cemetery, Black Creek. Rev. DeWayne Eakes and Rev. Kelley Smart will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 2 – 2:45 p.m. at Little Rock FWB Church, Lucama. Linda is survived by her loving husband of fifty-three years, Jennings Davis; son, Edward Lynn Davis of the home; sisters, Joyce D. Bissette of Columbia, South Carolina, and Sandra D. Hodge and husband, Allen of Garner; brother, Tommy Davis and wife, Joanne of Wilson; sister-in-law, Joyce Lynn Davis, wife of late Guy Davis of Rocky Mount and a host of loving family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dred and Ruth Vick Davis and her brother, Guy Vick Davis.
