Louis Wyatt Wester

Louis Wyatt Wester 83 of Bailey, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Bailey Global Methodist Church in Bailey, NC. Interment will follow in the Bailey Town cemetery. Dr Michael Coppock will be officiating.

The family will be receiving friends from 12:45 until 1:45pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at the Bailey Global Methodist Church.

Louis is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Sarah Ann Privette Wester. He is survived by daughters Susan Wester Hough and husband Rodney of Bailey, and Laura Wester Pearson and husband Harold of Greensboro. He is also survived by his grandchildren Dylan Wyatt Bottoms and wife Reagan; granddaughters Lyndsey Brooks Bottoms, Anna Kate Pearson, and Emory Belle Pearson.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents Hugh and Gladys Wester; sisters Barbara Wester Harris and Brenda Wester Barefoot; brother Hugh Glenn Wester.
