Margaret Woodruff

Margaret Woodruff, 88, of Black Creek, passed away peacefully on Thursday. A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Sunday, July 17, 2022, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Rev. Randy Jenkins will officiate. The Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6-7 p.m.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022, in Black Creek Town Cemetery.

Margaret is survived by her brother, Louis Thompson of Lucama and nephew, Jerry Flowers Thompson of Bailey, as well as a host of loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward Woodruff and her parents, Flowers and Dora Thompson.
