Morgen Noelle Lucas, 31of Farmville passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2026. A graveside inurnment will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 23, 2026, in Black Creek Town Cemetery, Black Creek. Rev. Bill Groce will officiate.

Morgen is survived by her son, Damien Lee Gooch and daughter, Karalynne Ivey Demery; her parents, Charles Kenneth Lucas, Jr. and wife, Karen and Christy Richardson; step-sister, Heather Richardson; grandfather, Markell Jackson; uncles, Trent Lucas and wife, Patricia, Dr. Stephen Hobgood and wife, Melissa, and Bradly Jackson and wife, Melinda; and her special friend that was like a sister, Jamie Herndon and numerous other friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Kristen Nikole Stanely; grandfather, Charles Lucas, Sr.; grandmother, Brenda Jackson and grandparents, George and Brenda Hobgood.
