Myrtie Ray Page

Myrtie Ray Page, 92, passed away on Sunday, May 28 in Wake Forest.  There will be a private graveside service.

Myrtie was born in Fayetteville, NC on October 5, 1930.  Her parents were the late Troy Dixon Ray and Myrtle Harris Ray.  She attended Rocky Mount High School, graduating in 1948.  She attended Rex Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1951.  Myrtie worked for AT&T as a Registered Nurse and Occupational Health Nurse.  She retired in 1988 after 25 years of service.

Myrtie is survived by her sons, Alfred Irvin Page, Jr. (Fred) of Summerfield, FL, and Thomas Dixon Page (Tom) of Raleigh; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Myrtie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Alfred Irvin Page, Sr.
