Patricia Ann Brown Fischer

Patricia Ann Fischer, age 85, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at her daughter’s home in Sims, North Carolina.

Patricia spent the majority of her childhood and adult life in California, where she built a life rooted in family, creativity, and love. Above all else, she wished to be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Pat leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love, strength, and an unwavering ability to bring joy to those around her. She was known for her warm heart, amazing hugs, her deep sense of understanding, and her constant support of family and friends. She lived her life from a place of compassion and kindness.

She had many talents and passions. Pat was an amazing rummy player, always ready for a game and a laugh. She was known for her cake-decorating skills, her creativity in making costumes/drill team uniforms, and her attention to detail that turned every project into something special. Everything she created was infused with care and love.

Patricia’s presence filled rooms with comfort and joy, and her influence will continue to be felt through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 14th, at Maplewood Cemetery, 400 College St NE, Wilson, NC.
