Patricia Lynne Culpepper Goff

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia Lynne Goff on April 24, 2026, at the age of 69. Lynne was born on April 4, 1957, to the late James and Carolynn Culpepper in Fayetteville.

Lynne moved to Wilson where she grew up to enjoy gardening, collecting seashells, painting, reading and loving dogs.

She married her first husband, Giovanni Zucchi and proceeded to have two sons, Gian-Luigi and Marco. She later married Clarence Goff on July 4, 2001.

She was known for her fierce and strong-willed personality, Lynne will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Goff’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Goff; oldest son, Gian-Luigi Zucchi and wife, Julie and their family Anna-Paige, Preston, and Clara Kate, and her youngest son, Marco Zucchi and wife, Nicole Zucchi (her buttercup); stepson, William Goff and wife, Kayla and their family Liam and Luka; sister, Alicia Clayton and husband, Harry and their family Elizabeth Nicholson, Jennifer Jones, and Avery Jones; great-aunt, Renee Calder Lacy and her beloved dogs Beniot, Sassy, and Mississippi
