Phillip Earl Harrell April 7, 1957 – July 1, 2021 Phillip Earl Harrell, 64 of Atlanta, Georgia, formerly of Wilson passed away Thursday. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Pastor Carol Dean will officiate. Phillip is survived by his sisters, Patsy Harrell Sauls, and Brenda Harrell; niece, Julie Sauls Head, and great-niece, Lindsey Head. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pleasant Earl and Esther Howard Harrell, and his brother-in-law, Allan Sauls.
