Randy Earl Bunn

Randy Earl Bunn, 75, of Wilson passed away peacefully on October 17, 2026. He was born on October 12, 1951, to the late Jake and Naomi Bunn.

Randy is survived by his son, Brooks Bunn and wife, Renee of Sims; stepson, Cameron Gowen and wife, Crystal of Wilson; grandson, Coleman Bunn and granddaughter, Elle Bunn of Sims. Step grandsons, Nickolas Gowen and wife, Kristin, of Havelock and Riley Tulppo of Wilson. His step granddaughters, Gracie Gowen of Middlesex and Ashleigh Carico of Wilson, and step great grandson, Jesse Earl Gowen. He is also survived by his sister, Brenda Smith of Kinston and his brothers, Terry (Diane) Bunn of Leland and Jerry Bunn of Wilson.

He was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Davis Bunn. In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Gary Bunn, and sister, Joann Godwin and his stepson Timothy Gowen.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Gentiva Hospice of Wilson and his hospice team for their care. In addition, the family would also like to thank his caregivers from Brentwood Home Care Agency. Their kindness and care will always be appreciated and remembered.

A private graveside and internment will be held for close family and friends.
