Richard Thorne Denny, 52, of Wilson passed away Wednesday.  Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.  The Rev. Stuart Milton will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service Friday from 1 – 1:45  p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Richard is survived by his sons, Aaron Thorne Denny and wife, Kelly of Raleigh and Travis Daniel Denny and wife, Nichole P. of Spring Hope; his sister, Barbara Denny of Wilson and his step-father, Rudy Moehrbach of Wilson. He was preceded in death by his son, Benjamin Michael Denny and his mother, Lula Thorne Moehrbach. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
