Robin Lee Wilkins

Robin Lee Wilkins peacefully passed away on March 26, 2022, at 59 years old.  A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Rev. Wayne Whitley will officiate.

Robin is remembered as a woman who loved to have a good time and always kept a smile on her face. Her friends describe her as a firecracker who never met a stranger.  She was always willing to lend a helping hand in any way she could. Her daughters credit her for a lot of the life lessons she instilled in them. Robin loved to waste time with stories and anecdotes. She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to know her sweet soul. 

Robin is survived by her daughters, Heather Blue of Wilson, Melissa Nay of Waynesboro, Virginia and melody Nay of Wilson; brother, Ronald Wilkins of Dunn; sister, Ernestine Etheridge of Elm City and grandchildren, RaeQuan Parrish, Jesse Parrish, Jr., Allen Blue, Jr., Nazirian Blue and Shayla Parrish.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Velma Wilkins and her sister, Ruth Higgenbottom.
