Ronnie Doan Bunn

Ronnie Doan Bunn, 50 of Spring Hope passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2 – 3:45 p.m.  with a memorial service following at 4 p.m. at Midpoint Church, 5407 NC 231, Middlesex. 

Ronnie was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, cousin, and friend to all who knew him.  He was a skilled carpenter, and it was a great honor for him to help renovate Midpoint Church.  Ronnie was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, camping, and kayaking.  Ronnie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Dawn Bunn; brother, Reid Bunn and wife, Anna; son, Coy Bunn and wife, Sarah of Texas; daughter, CJ and husband, Wesley of Elm City; grandchildren, Bella and Bentley, and Dylan and Dylila; parents, Dennis and Deborah Bunn; cousins, Karen Higgins and husband, Paul, and Kevin Brantley and wife, Desa, and his aunt, Vera Strickland.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, CD and Geraldine Strickland, Payton and Bessie Bunn; aunt, Faye Brown; uncle, Billy Bunn and aunt, Barbara Bunn.
