Ruby Elaine Britt

Ruby Elaine Britt, 73 of Wilson, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024. A special gathering of family and friends will be held from 11 – 1 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.

 Ruby had a long and rewarding career in the banking industry with BB&T for forty-five years.

 Ruby is survived by her daughter, Kristen Flowe and Keith; son, Jason Britt and wife, Leanna; grandsons, Justin Flowe and Courtney, Matthew Flowe and Drake Britt; granddaughters, Emily Marguard, and Theresa “Beene” Britt; great-grandchildren, Jase Flowe and Bella, her loving fur-baby and companion.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Edith Cooper; sister, Jeannie Wilcox and her brothers, Joey Cooper and Billy Cooper.
